It dissolves well and doesn’t really have a noticeable taste, which I was worried about at first. I didn’t see instant results, but over time I feel like my nails have been a bit stronger and my skin looks a little smoother. Nothing dramatic, but enough to notice with consistent use. Overall, it’s a simple addition to my routine and I like that it doesn’t require much effort to keep up with

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this collagen! Lately I have been putting it in my morning tea or throwing it into my coffee. It says it is unflavored, but I would still put it with another flavored beverage since despite this there is still a slight taste to it, albeit I would not consider it a bad taste, just noticeable. I notice that my joints feel a little better when I use it and I have no knee, ankle, or hip pain after standing all day and walking 10k steps. It’s a great product and I would consider it just as helpful as the other popular collagen supplements that I have tried.

Would be good with another drink mix. Only had a months supply. Not enough to notice a dramatic change but I noticed less hangnails. I use a lot of hand sanitizer and wash my hands a lot and hang nails are problem. Had to also get a nail fill a little sooner. So indicator it did have a impact.

I mix this with a protein shake every day . I can’t tell you if it helps with anything I ma review it after a month of use .

I also go to a gym 4-5 times in a week and i feel my joints become more atronger. Well its not cheap, but worth it.
