I bought this for newly wed couple I hope they like it it It looks good to me

We haven't yet used this set of fry pans as they are replacements for other Analon non-stick skillets that have worn out. As we trust the high quality of Analon copper-infused skillets, we trust that we will be satisfied!

They look beautiful out of the box. I washed and prepared the pans before using them per directions. Everything sticks to the bottom. Takes several hours to soak to get clean. The silver and copper parts have changed color after just one time cooking with them. One was just bowling water to make pasta and the colors changed and the pasta was stuck in the bottom while they were cooking. Something is not the same about this brand.

I haven't figured out what I purchased yet. Took the info for the new pan from the bottom of one I already own and am very happy with. The new Nouvelle doesn't look the same and I'm not sure if it is non-stick. The instructions online are confusing. One says low heat and add oil. The other says to coat your food only. Been two week and we still haven't used them yet.

Good quality heavy duty steel with copper. I bought the other one same brand. I used it for steer frying

I've been using them for about six weeks now and they are absolutely marvelous for cooking. Never any regrets or other issues. Easy cleaning too.

Material is so good then I expect, guys if you are looking for some stainless steel cookware then you are at right scroll point, don’t think twice

Love them, but too hard to clean after cooking a steak ????

I use these pans everyday. They clean up great. I don't have to put the heat on too hight to cook thoroughly. I love Anolon so much that I bought another set.
