This is our 3rd Cuisnart Coffee maker in 30 years. Have always been very pleased with them until this one. After about a month, It Dribbles/leaks all over the counter when pouring a cup of coffee. I have to pour over sink to avoid a big mess. It appears the lid may not fit snug enough. Sent email to company with no response. To late to return exchange. So dissappointed. Most of our countertop appliances are Cuisnart.

Very disappointed! Well, the preset timed auto turn on doesn’t work, and when attempting to pour coffee from the carafe, it barely dribbles out even after loosening the lid, but that’s not the best part. While just dribbling into my cup, it also dribbles onto the counter. From where the counter dribbles comes from, I just don’t know, and there’s nothing I can do to stop it or increase the speed to which coffee dribbles from the carafe into my cup. It just dribbles. Like dribbles everywhere. Kinda like a little boy who hasn’t quite mastered how to use the potty just yet. Whose aim combined with low pee-pee pressure just isn’t quite there yet to make it all the way into the bowl without dribbling on the seat and floor. YeAh. That kind of dribble. Just say’n.
makes a lot of noise when brewing, coffee does not get hot enough, checked temp,highest 162 degrees black, so when i add cream i have to microwave it, bold feature only adds an extra minute.
Great coffee maker. Not my first purchase of this brand. I love the pot. It keeps the coffee hot all day.

I love that I can do both hot and cold coffee especially the over ice feature, which actually keeps a flavor strong instead of watering it down. The programmable settings are a huge plus, so I can wake up to fresh coffee already brewed. It’s super easy to use clean and looks super sleek on the counter. The thermal carafe keeps coffee, hot for hours without the burnt taste. Definitely a solid choice if you want convenience without sacrifice and quality.
We bought this coffee pot hoping it would ve a long term, high quality product that would brew great coffee. Unfortunately here is the reality for me. It does not brew great coffee no matter how I set it AND it takes forever to brew that mediocre coffee. I would really like to return it or exchange for something that makes good coffee. Very disappointed.

I appreciated the variety of settings and the ability to brew more than one cup easily. In my household we need more than one cup to operate throughout the day.
