I crave the flavor every day and it’s not too pungent. Two scoops dissolves perfectly in water after mixing with a frother. There’s never any clumps. It does separate if you leave it out for a bit, but a quick stir with the straw mixes it back up and you’d never know. Can’t recommend this enough. Great morning wake up but doesn’t give you the shakes energy like some canned drinks do.

I will say that I’m not a huge fan of citrus flavors in stuff like this, especially when grapefruit is in the mix.
