Sometimes my bowl movements can be irregular but this kept them regular for the length of time I took it. The taste is okay, not amazing but that’s expected for greens. Overall i believe it helped me and I know if I ever need some digestive aid it will save me.

I’m really impressed with this tea powder. It has a lovely, balanced taste that isn't too overpowering. My favorite part is the texture—it mixes incredibly well with both water and milk leaving absolutely no grainy residue at the bottom of the cup. Highly recommend if you hate 'chalky' drinks! It has a earthy flavor. I used a frother and it dissolved instantly!

Greens tasted like you took the harsh greens and poured flavored syrup into your very chalky and gritty green drink. The greens after researching a little bit more have certain pieces of the greens that are more dense and do not dissolve. Drink is very sandy. Peach flavor is nice, but the greens have a funky taste so they almost taste separate within one. There are other greens on the market that I find more palatable.

After almost two weeks of drinking this product, I can surmise that the taste is definitely earthy. It isn't terrible at all but, some sugar free juice and we're golden. I haven't noticed a significant increase in cognitive function from drinking this product. However, I have noticed better mental clarity for the majority of the day.

It was very grainy and didn’t mix well for me. I can’t really attest to the actual health benefits from this product because I only tried it 2-3 times inconsistently and just hated the taste.
