eufy Combo E25 Omni Robot Vacuum Self-Cleaning All-in-One Station + Official Floor Cleaning Solution,Pet Hair and Carpet Fridendly

I have owned two robot vacuums before this one. After doing my research I finally seen this one on sale and went for it. Best purchase I have made. I use it every night sometimes twice a day. I have two dogs and a cat.

They only shipped the solution bottle, not the robot, and marked the order as "delivered"

Does a great job cleaning. Gets stuck often so cleaning cycles are left unfinished. Not surprised it gets stuck based on how hard it runs into things. Surprised how quickly the roller mop, side brush, and filter need to be replaced based on experience with another brand.

I still have not recieved the vacuum and the customer service is non existent. It is sold by a third party, which usually is not a problem. I have not gotten an update about delivery date nor if. Refund will be given.

So far so good. Had my new cleaner about a montb. I already like it more than the old roomba I had. Cleans quickly and iit is much quieter.

We actually went through three different robot vacuums before finally finding our Wall-E (our Eufy robot vacuum), and we couldn't be happier!With two large dogs and a household of six people, keeping the floors clean is a constant challenge. We have Wall-E running three times a day, with one of those sessions including mopping, and the difference has been incredible.The dual brush system handles dog hair exceptionally well, and the AI navigation is outstanding—it methodically covers every corner of our six-bedroom home without missing a spot. Maintenance is minimal, water changes are quick and easy, and it's been one of the best household investments we've made.If you're struggling with pet hair or have a busy family home, I can genuinely recommend giving the Eufy a look. It has exceeded all of our expectations!

I've been very happy with the Eufy Robot Vacuum Omni E25 overall. The mapping was quick and accurate, it's much quieter than my previous robot vacuum, and the self-emptying and mop maintenance make it very low maintenance. It cleans consistently and has made keeping the house tidy much easier. The main reason I'm giving it 4 rather than 5 stars is that it sometimes misses small areas around the edges of furniture and in tighter spaces. It does a great job on open floors, but you'll occasionally notice a bit of debris left behind close to table legs or other obstacles. Overall, it's a reliable robot vacuum with excellent features and performance. If Eufy can improve its edge cleaning and navigation around furniture, it would easily be a 5-star product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is amazing! It’s fast, not so much noise and 100% better than the previous robot vac I had before. I am so happy we got this and in love with its features and how easy it is to work once all is set up and the map is done for the house. So smart to know where the carpet is verse the tiles so it can vac then mop in the right places. Highly recommended!

This robot vacuum has been amazing! I have a German Shepherd and a Rottweiler and it keeps up with the hair as long as I run it every day there has been no issues with clogging. In the mop works amazing. This has been a game changer for me.

I was initially somewhat concerned about how much time it was going to take to 'train it' on my various floor levels in my house. It's been super easy. As far as doing it's core job or sweeping, vacuuming, and moping... stellar. I'm still learning more about how it works and how I should interface with it, but so far, it's been great!
