Optimum Nutrition L-Glutamine Muscle Recovery Powder, 1000 Gram, 194 Servings (Pack of 1)

Support your body s recovery after long workouts with Optimum Nutrition Glutamine Powder. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body, and during prolonged, intense exercise, muscle glutamine levels may be depleted, which can limit protein synthesis. This amino acid supplement stacks well with your preferred protein powder, making it an ideal muscle recovery option. The instantized, unflavored powder mixes easily, making it a simple way to supplement your diet and exercise routine. Optimum Nutrition is part of the Glanbia global nutrition group and has been setting the Gold Standard in sports nutrition for more than 30 years, helping performance-focused athletes achieve their goals. It is also one of the few sports nutrition companies that owns and operates its own production facilities.
