No flavor easy to drink

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worry about the taste and texture but not bad at all. I’m very picky with these type of supplements so I added about 4-5ounces of water to drink it faster and it was great. I wish I had a mixer to stir better. This product cute very small with a scoop feels like sand until you mix in. No flavor, looking forward to see results.

Really improves my sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had a hard time falling and staying asleep, so magnesium glycinate has been so helpful. This powder in particular is great at knocking me out and helping me sleep more deeply, but it doesn't make me drowsy during the day. It desolves easily in water, but it is bitter so I like to mix it with flavored electrolytes.
