I used to get a UTI at least once a month. I've been on Uqora Defend and Flush for about 3 years now and I've maybe had one or two UTIs that entire time. Try it! It's a game changer!
I have interstitial cystitis. One of my urologist suggested I try it. I have been taking it for a few years now. It is not a cure for IC but it does seem to help. I do not like that I have to pay more per bottle because I do not subscribe to it. The reason I don’t is because I keep a bottle at work & a bottle at home. That way I am sure to take it. I should get it for the same price as the subscription customers get. That is probably my biggest complaint. I have recommended to other friends who suffer with UTI’s & people I meet who also have IC .

I first tried Uqora after hearing an add on the radio. I was at my wits end dealing with recurring UTIs every 6 months. I am not exaggerating when I say these products have been life changing. I started with recommended products, the Uqora Defend (pills) and the Uqora Flush Advance (drink mix). I just could not continue the drink. It tasted good but I'm not a very good drink-y person. I don't have that ability that some people have to open their throats for a quick guzzle. I have been using the Defend alone and have not had another UTI (fingers crossed). I am very grateful for this product.
