They melted easy and didn't leave that chalky taste most other chewable or melting tabs do. I keep these next to my nightstand and take them every day. If you're a fan of B13 shots I think this would be a great addition to your daily routine. I gave 3 stars because for me I didn't feel much of a difference from taking them. Maybe I need to take them for longer than a month to feel true effects and I wouldn't be against buying another bottle to see!

They looked chalky which initially scared me but nope, they taste great. The tablets are a bit big but that’s from them being meltable. They go pretty quick and should last you close to 3 months. I did notice they were not as effective as my normal B12 vitamins but pretty good to not struggle with swallowing pills. I have always struggled with that so these are an excellent alternative.

I didn’t realize these were dissolving tablets when i initially ordered, and i was a little scared to take it once i found out, i usually take swallow pills. Gummy vitamins usually upset my stomach too! these are small, with a very pleasant flavor, and the tablet dissolves pretty quickly! about the size of a smarties candy and starts to break down as soon as it touches your saliva! i have been taking this for about a month now, and i love them! i can take them on an empty stomach and have no negative reactions! they taste almost like a sweet tart too!i love the fact that this one container will last 3 months without having to worry about buying every month! i love options when you can buy for many months at a time.

It breaks down well and I don't even have to sip water after. I enjoy taking this because it's that tasty, seriously! The taste doesn't linger or make your breath smell funky. I do feel more energetic on days that I take it. The bottle is alot smaller than I expected it to be, too, so it's very easy to toss in my purse or overnight bag.

Just had a check up and glad to announce that jjust adding this to my diet has made a huge difference when I’m Up, I’m up no more needing a nap in the late evening.. I also need to state Thai hate “cherry flavored” anything and because I chew them lol yes I know they will dissolve in your mouth, I actually dont mind the flavor.

I was scared to try them since I am more of just swallow a pill person but they actually were not bad. They were pretty pleasant for the consistency and texture along with the flavor.

So far so good with the effect and sure that it will continue to make a difference.
