I am using a couple weeks now. The product is difficult to dissolve in both hot, warm, and cold water. I need to stir and drink repeatedly. I believe that it is giving the Mg support needed. I have occasional leg cramps and chronic constipation.

This magnesium mix is so easy to use. I just mix it in my water or some of my electrolytes and I am good to go. The powder is ultra fine so you could just mix it in water and be fine. I would highly recommend this product.
