This is not the most bioavailable source of Vit K2
This Vit K2 is made from menaquinone-4 which is poorly absorbed in the body. A far better source of Vit K2 is menaquinone-7. There are several other Vit K2 supplements sold on this site that are made from the far superior menaquinone-7.

Great Product
tablets are thicker than aspirin but dissolve easily and have no taste. Wish they cost less but I'm happy with the product.

A strong dosage, easily absorbed
I hadn't known that if I'm taking D3, I'm using up more K2. I checked an article about recommended dosages, and I needed this strength. I like the fact that it is so easily absorbed, as well.

Like the sublingual form
Since I take a vitamin D3 supplement each day, I am supposed to also take K2. This is an easy way to do that. It melts quickly under the tongue.

I purchased this since I can't swallow pills. Easy to take. Chew or sublingual and tastes great.

It was hard to find a source of this high dosage Vitamin K. Puritan's Pride had it at a reasonable price.
