My main problem with multis is nausea, and this one gave very minimal upset stomach.

I have been using MegaFood Women's 55+ One Daily Multivitamins for quite a few years now and am very pleased with the product. I have an autoimmune disease which requires me to eliminate a lot of heavy metals from my diet and this product is perfect for me. It does not contain iron, chromium, or many of the other items that are detrimental to me unlike a lot of other products on the market.

I really like these multivitamins. They don't make me burp or give me heartburn.
