Lightweight Rope Chain 30" Necklace (4mm) in 14k Gold

The store did not have a 30" chain in stock so we bought this 30" rope chain based on how it was described online. It was accurately described as being "14k HOLLOW gold". Had we understood what that meant, we would not have purchased this chain. It is very light in weight. It is a beautiful chain, but not one that will support heavy add ons. Care will need to be taken when wearing it. Only time will tell whether it will be a durable chain.

I purchased this item for myself and I have an 20” neck. The extra 10” hangs excellently in my opinion, and I am a big fan of the rope design. The 4mm girth is just enough to stand out, but it’s small enough that I can wear this on date night and not feel like a tool. It’s classy and perfect for this gentleman.

Beautiful chain necklace but not the right size to hold my charm. I returned it for this reason and decided to get a smaller chain and use extenders to make it longer

Really light and hollow! Not what I expected

bought in July as a gift and has been in for repair several times since, been in repair more than she has been able to wear it, very poor quality for the cost.

This gold rope style chain has a very classic style. 30" length is perfect for a more bulky, wide body. If your on the slim side I would suggest a smaller length chain. 4mm thickness makes the chain stand out more definitely makes ppl looks at it twice when your wearing it. Hollow gold chain and solid gold chain are different.

honestly, for this kind of money (sale price) you can get a 14 gram, solid 24 karat pure gold (999.9) American Eagle

This was a birthday gift and our son had it for a month and it began to fray. I had him call to discuss how to return due to the Pandemic and he was told he couldn't return it.. It has now been 3 months he has had the necklace. This was an expensive piece and I was very disappointed with Macy's return info provided to our son.

Bad quality, I have had to return it, way to light.
