These tongs are good while they last less than a year of use. The rivet is so cheap and flimsy that they will soon fall apart in your hands if you use them consistently for cooking or grasping food items. Over all good idea, poor craftsmanship. Must do better OXO

To.ngs work really nicely. Only concern is that the metal at the joint between the gripping section (the blades?) and the handle appears thin-same thickness as both handle and blades and might bend. Time and ise will tell, but overall quite content. Also have a shorter pair and use those more often than the longer ones.

Best all around tongs, we use it in house on salads, vegetables etc. And I always have a 2nd set for my barbeque, strong easy to handle and clean.
