Nordic Ware is an industry leader. The caveat is the finish is volatile. Discoloration, denuded surfaces seem to be unstoppable. Unnerving to nonetheless accept purchasing items like this again.
Great thickness and weight. Exactly what I was looking for.
I’d like to better understand why it is very difficult to release the popovers from a nonstick pan, even when they are greased.

My popovers stick to my pan. Despite following the directions of handwashing, using shortening and flour to grease the cups my popovers still stick. I have tried different recipes and they all stick. I cannot recommend this pan to anyone.
The pan (3/4 cup) makes nice popover, however, recipes and store bought mixes contain too much batter for this sized pan. I end up throwing away some batter. I’d order the larger cup pan to eliminate waste.
Latest pan was a warranty replacement for a previous pan that did not work - everything stuck to the sides. I have two older Nordic that are perfect. I.e., no heat pan, no oil pan, pour in Yorkshire pudding mix and PERFECT 30 miinutes later. No other pan does this - and I have tried them all
Sprayed my popover pan before baking the popovers. Couldn’t get the sprayed oil off the rims. Can anyone tell me how to do this please.
I bought this as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom to replace one that she had bought years ago from another store. The pan was great and the popovers were delicious!!!
I have the Nordic grand popover pan that makes 6 and it is fantastic!!! It heats beautifully and the popovers turn out gigantic! I highly recommend this pan. Five stars,
