Been using this face wash for years, brought a few bottles on a cruise to stock up and ran out of my last original formula bottle. Opened up the new bottle and it was like pouring water out of the bottle. It barley feels like I washed my face, even with using twice as much as I usually would. Absolutely terrible product, do not buy.
This is the second time I buy this same Facial Fuel skin care Routine for my husband and He loves it, I also love the Almond Peel toner, the avocado eye cream and evening prime rose night serum, One of the most important reasons is they really catered to our sensitive skin, because non of their products have a lot of fragrance like most other brands do!!
I've been using Facial Fuel Energizing Face Wash for many years now. I've always bought the biggest size because I use it everyday and I like the pump. This time, it feels and smell like cheap soap. I'm very disappointed. Might have to consider a different brand if this is the direction Kiehl's is heading.
I’ve been disappointed with this product as it doesn’t seem to be the same product that I’ve purchase before. It doesn’t smell, feel, or look the same. The liquid has turned a yellow, rust color.
Used to love this product, but it's thin and doesn't foam anymore. It's hard for me to tell if I have enough on my hands and face, or if my face was even cleaned.
Used to really enjoy this but their new formulation is terrible. Was five stars, now would not recommend.

It may be that this line is fading out. I still have some of my old bottle and the product used to be a much thicker liquid. This latest version seems very thin and smells more like dawn dish soap. Very disappointed.
Why does L'Oreal keep changing the formulas on Kiehl's products?... Been using this for 10-15 years and now suddenly, it's so thin that it slips between your fingers (used to be more like a gel than slick goo) and it turned from blue to a weird rust within a couple weeks. Likewise, the scent is somewhat reminiscent of the original, but lacks its depth - smells like an artificial imposter. They seem to be milking a once great brand for whatever remaining cache its name used to hold - same retail pricing while cheapening their products
The original formula was perfect. This new version just does not cut it.
