Nice thermometer for the price. Tested it in boiling water and it and it hit the mark. Also tested it against a few others I had around both analog and digital. Same speed or faster than others I tested against. As accurate or more than others. For the price it holds its own against some more expensive ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works OK . Checked temp in boiling water was accurate. Tested it against a few other I had around it was quicker but not much. Its a good thermometer for the price. I would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not care for this flimsy, flipper. It is so thin, it literally flips food on my wall and on my clothing while trying to use it. Needs to be heavier steel/metal at base.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Digital Instant Read Thermometer for Christmas. After 3-4 uses, it stopped working. I was sent a replacement. While cooking chicken, the thermometer got spattered, so I wiped off the top. In doing so, apparently a little liquid got inside. In NO way was the top immersed in water. Instant failure to work!! Once again, I was sent a replacement. There are no cleaning instructions, as it's pretty obvious how to clean it. The thermometer should be sealed properly so this doesn't occur. . . especially considering it is more expensive than other similar thermometers.
This thermometer has helped me out so many times! It reads temps quickly & stays consistent. The pointed tip makes it easy to insert into any kind of meat & is easy to wipe clean. The flat screen makes it easy to store with the rest of my cooking utensils
