Portmeirion Botanic Garden Placemats, Set of 4

These are absolutely beautiful, just like the dishes, and much thicker than I expected. They are great quality and look wonderful both on the dining room table and in the kitchen. Love them!

These large placemats are beautiful. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the cork backing or glue used has an overpowering nasty odor; I had to hang them outside for a couple of days to get rid of the odor and now can use them. I bought 2 boxes and almost returned them.

Vivid colors. Lovely artwork. Very happy

Beautiful, sturdy placemats! Pimpernel Portmeirion are the best cork backed placemats. Colors are lovely and I am pleased to see the matching table runner.

Pimpernel placemats are the only ones I buy. I first bought them when I lived in England. They are sturdy and last forever. A good investment.

As pretty as the photo implies. Well made as well.

The pattern and look of these placemats is wonderful - just what we wanted. However, the first morning they were on the table our son spilled milk out of his cereal bowl which we didn't notice. A mug was set on top of the milk and when I picked it up later in the day, it stuck to the dried milk and tore a hole right through the top coating of the mat. So it took just one day to have a visible issue that will, in the long run, end up running the mat. In short, these are more delicate than I would have assumed which is not great for what it is.

Love these fresh spring floral/botanic designed Portmeiron Placemats. They’re practical since you can just wipe them after a meal, reminds me of spring! They are also a nice thickness.

These placemats are lovely and well made. I look forward to using them for many years. I bought them on Black Friday for a great price.

Just what I wanted. These placemats are sturdy and beautiful.
