I received an incorrect item mid July, returned it. mid August I am still waiting for my original purchase. I gave sent several emails not heard from anyone.🤨

At this price point, I would expect much better performance. It looks very nice, but I don’t know if the functions are up to snuff.

I am disappointed with the long-term durability of this Sage blender. The main weakness appears to be the blade bearing seal in the jug. Over time, liquids and food residue can get past the seal and into the bearing and shaft area, which then causes corrosion and eventually limits the lifespan of the jug. The most frustrating part is that Sage does not appear to sell the blade assembly as a separate replacement part. Instead, customers are effectively forced to buy a complete replacement jug, which costs around half the price of a new blender. In my opinion, this is poor value and not very sustainable. For a premium-brand blender, I expected better design and better repair options. If the jug/blade bearing fails so easily and cannot be repaired economically, then buying a much cheaper blender from a competitor may actually make more sense, as the lifespan could be similar or possibly even longer. Overall, the blender performs well when new, but the poor blade bearing seal and expensive replacement jug make it difficult to recommend.

Easy purchase process through web site to replace the exact same blender purchased in 2008. Hope the new one gives the same longevity

I'm going to return this blender. Air pockets are a big issue that prevent actual blender functioning. The lid is so hard to pry open that often by the time it dislodges, the contents of the container splatter all over. Finally, the spout is way too wide - when pouring my smoothie into a cup, it all just spills to both sides. Why isn't the spout more tapered?? This blender is beautiful but not the one for me.

We have several Breville appliances and all are great.

It's a little lighter (maybe more cheaply made?), and when it's pulsing on smoothy mode it makes a loud struggle noise that the old one only started making when it was ready to replace.

I enjoy the clean and sleek look. Tried my first smoothie and it was a wonderful consistency and yummy foam and beautiful color. I like this blender so much more than the awkward heavy VitaMxx where you have to push the contents down with that black plastic thing. Cleaning is so easy. Some reviews commented on noise but its no worse than a coffee grinder for what, 60 seconds?. Macy’s delivered so fast, I am so happy I will order another one as a gift.
