I'll keep the pan because finding his style in a non cast iron is a pain and it will be used sparingly. But they could have been more up front about the non stick(pfas) coating. I'm always on the lookout for good cookware that is pfas free. My fault for not digging through the disclosures. But their fault for placing their ads in pfas free cookware ads

Only used it once but so far its pretty good. Easy to to clean. Meat shows the grill marks. Cooks pretty even.
