0 stars from me. quite literally one of the worst "makeup removers" i've ever used. i followed the directions and tried both rinsing and tissues, neither one removes my makeup. all this product does is smear my makeup all over my face and burn my skin from the HEAVY fragrance. no benefits what so ever in this cleanser. i will be going back to my favorite cleaner/ makeup remover, hyper real oil cleanser.

Gentle cleanser for face and eyes. Works great on waterproof eye makeup. No blurry, greasy residue. No allergic reactions either. I’ve tried many other cheaper products on the market, but always comeback to EL. I hope this never gets discontinued!

I have used Estée Lauder skincare and makeup for over 30 years. Used to use their cream makeup remover but it was as discontinued much to my disappointment. Then this makeup remover was offered and I was a bit skeptical at first. Other liquid makeup remover products were ineffective. This makeup remover is fantastic. It completely removes all makeup quickly and gently, especially good of sensitive skin like mine. It softens your skin and washes off easily. Not greasy feeling at all. Leaves no residue behind.
