Cuisinart is similar in performance to my La Creuset but at a much lower cost. I have 4 various enameled Dutch ovens and they all perform well. Any of them can chip if you aren’t careful. My black lid knob melted in the oven and Cuisinart just sent me an entire new 3 quart pot. Amazing service! Very impressive.
