When it works, it's good, but it keeps dying every couple years. The first time I was lucky enough it died within the two year warranty, but the next time it unfortunately died just after. I'd stay away from this unit.
An excellent kitchen appliance which exceeded my expectations
I bought this thinking this would be good because if the price. After 8 months the coils or the temp control did not work right. So it looks like it was working but the bread wasn't toasting the same as the other side.
Works good a lot of great features easy to understand control
We have tried so many toasters but AllClad makes the best. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and it toasts perfectly!

I love the new toaster. It is easy to clean, looks beautiful and has many features that I like. Such as the cancel button the timing remaining window and the variety of toasting levels.
Not pleased; was expecting something of a higher quality. I returned this item.
