I’ve had my Viking pans for 20+ years. I have done catering work and love to cook and use them almost everyday. They’re the best pans out there. I was cleaning them today and noticed how they still look brand new!
I love this pan! It cooks evenly and clean up is easy. It is critical to season the pan well - several times before using the first time and to cook on a lower heat than you normally would. I’ve had other, equally expensive stainless and chucked them. With this one, I can’t wait to get the others in the set.
