Good shoe: Nice replacement for a previous Asics pair. These are a little different with the band around the middle of the foot. Does keep it snug but I need to get use to it. Asics running shoes are great. Even at 85 I still enjoy them form everyday wear.

I bought a pair of GT-2000 14 at a factory outlet. The shoes are good but after I walked around the block the shoes were untied. This happened each time. The newer shoelaces look slick, maybe nylon. So I double knotted them, but this was difficult since the shoe laces were 3 inches shorter than Version 11. Shoes work fine after I switched back to version 11 shoelaces.
