I had a pair of Haflingers for over 20 years I finally had to part with them so my husband replaced them last year with Haflinger Jack which I loved, however sadly they developed holes in the toe it seems to be where the design is attached. I am very disappointed since I loved my old ones but these do not seem to be the same quality.
You need to order these one size down...If you wear an 8 order a 7 in European size
These slippers were a disappointment. I bought them to replace a previous pair of Haflingers that fit correctly and had very good arch support. These were a half size short and had very little arch support. Back they go - thanks Zappos!
The slippers were way too wide, would not even stay on my feet. Also, I walked across my area rug and the shoes picked up any little lint that was there. After a months use, they would probably not be recognizable.
My mom left a pair of hers at my house so I wore them for a day and fell in love. I wasn't sure about sizing because hers are two sizes bigger, but I knew the wool would stretch. I went with the 39 even though some reviews warned about the thicker sole, especially along the back of the heel. They have great grip on the sole, even on my wood floors and I certainly notice less slipping on carpet (especially on stairs and in the winter when socks and dry feet can make stairs a hazard). I haven't yet but I've been told to wash in cold water and then stretch/reshape with your hand and let them air dry. I've been using a lint roller to keep the black looking crisp. The details are well adhered, and while I can see the stitching between the sole and upper, I expect repairs will be a breeze when the time comes. I am 1000% happy with this purchase, only sad that there aren't more awesome patterns (and that these will likely last for several years so I won't have a need to get more!)
Fit perfect. Quiet which is great for a sleeping toddler/baby. Really comfortable. Wool but doesn’t itch.
I wear an 8 1/2 but these were way too large, the 37 is perfect as they stretch.
Felt almost as good as UGG slippers - and that's saying something!

Huge fan of these slippers. This is my second pair. Very warm and cozy and can be tossed in the washer and dryer when needed.
