These socks are perfect. The only things that would improve them is more color options (burgundy, cream, olive, brown) and a full calf version! Wish they were more merino and less nylon, but I assume that's what makes them so darn tough, and they're right that these just refuse to take on odor!

Overall these are great socks. They do come up a little higher than I had expected. Fortunately they stay up very well.
