Truly warm and waterproof, these boots kept my feet comfortable all day in the snow. I wore them operating ski lifts and they did not disappoint. My feet stayed dry even in wet, snowy weather. I liked the black color with brass trim. They looked high-end.

Bought these boots for my husband to use when we go snowshoeing. He said they are very comfortable and work so much better than the boots he wears for snowmobiling because they are made for walking in. They keep his feet dry and he has had no problems with any hot spots from rubbing. The brown color looks very stylish.

I with the hooks at the top hooked the lace so I can do some ankle lock laace. I sized up 1/2 size compared to my normal shoes to allow for room for my toes when hiking.

I have a narrow heel and a wide forefoot, so I was concerned about medium width. I even have a neuroma on my right foot , so I generally get as wide a shoe/boot as I can. I also generally use orthotics because of my high arch. But this Keen Revel 4 mid was an excellent fit from the start straight out of the box. That was a first for me, even with custom Limmers. We’ve had unusually heavy snow this winter in New England, so I’ve used these boots snowshoeing for hours at a time with no issues, and no break in required. While these are called “mid,” I had to lace the top carefully to avoid pressure on my shin when my ankle flexed forward, but a little imaginative lacing fixed that from the second time out. Bottom line: I love these boots already. I still can’t believe how comfortable they are already.
