Mountain Classic Anorak

Wonderful product: I ordered this for my granddaughter. She loves the color and the fit. It fits perfectly and keeps water out.

I bought this for a summer trip to Canada where I was expecting frequent changes in the weather. Jacket is very comfortable, light weight, easy to pack. Love the green color. Has room for thicker layers underneath, if needed. It did a great job protecting me from wind and light rain showers. Was a great piece for my trip and will definitely use it here at home as well!

The best lightweight jackets! I wear a medium and it's roomy enough for a sweatshirt or sweater underneath.

Love this jacket. It is extremely comfortable, stylish, and does a great job at keeping you dry! Always wanted this jacket and happy i finally got one. Not disappointed!

I purchased this jacket in the wood violet color. It's a beautiful color! The fabric was surprisingly cottony feeling and soft, not crinkly or stiff at all (envisioning a similar jacket I had in the 80's/90's). My usual LLbean size is M, but I generally order. L in items described as slightly fitted. In this case, sizing up did not help. The L fits just right across the bust and shoulders when trying on over a tshirt, and there is no room for wearing over a lightweight fleece which was my intended purpose. I ordered it in Tall even though I'm only 5'5" so it would fall lower and cover my bottom while wearing leggings. The length was perfect for this purpose! However , since my intended purpose was to wear this jacket mostly as a layer over a fleece in spring and fall, and I wouldn't be able to do that, I will be returning the jacket and keep looking for something similar with a more relaxed fit through the shoulders and bust.

I was so excited to see this anorak in a tall size! It is the perfect lightweight jacket to take on my upcoming cruise. I purchased the Olive Gray color and it looks just like the photos. I am typically a L or XL. . .I purchased the XL to be able to wear a light sweater underneath. I think the L may have been too tight in the shoulders, so I am glad I got the XL. It is a generous length reaching the top of my thighs and covering my backside. It cinches on both sides, which is great. Please make more items in tall sizes!
