Fit is spot on - I tend to take a 40 in Dansko professional styles and a 39 in open backed styles - mostly due to my very narrow feet. The 39 worked best with this one. Super comfortable after wearing them on & off over a week trial period. The only caveat is the foot lining - thin and seems it could curl easily. I anticipate having to have it glued down in the future - but that is a pretty easy fix!
Loved everything about this shoe except the Velcro strap. Too bad to cheapen a quality shoe with Velcro. Sadly, returning.
I really loved everything about this shoe, but not enough to warrant the cost - I simply can't afford them
These felt a bit small for me in my normal Dansko size (41), and I thought that would be worse if I tried to wear socks with them. On me I felt they looked funny with full length jeans and were too chunky to wear with shorter ones. These were a return due to style challenges and not being as comfortable as other Dansko shoes I've tried.
Love this shoe however, too narrow in the toe for me.
Great fit and comfortable right out of the box. I got the black leather and while a bit shiny, I like the contrast with the brown strap and cork bottom. I have wide feet and these fit great! I'm usually a size 7 and got size 37.
Cute shoe; very sturdy and would have worked for a wide range of clothing choices and occasions. The foot bed and overall shoe are supportive, but not at all cushioned, and with my rheumatoid arthritis I just need a more cushy foot bed. Nothing wrong with the shoe; I just have fussy feet.
These shoes were way too heavy for me... each shoe weighs almost 2 lbs... like the style... the weight of the shoes made them uncomfortable for me. I returned them... disappointed because I wanted them to work as I liked the heel height and the style.
Comfortable right out of the box! When does that ever happen? Looks nice with jeans or dress pants. Adjustable on the sides with Velcro, but looks like a buckle, so they don’t look like granny shoes. Easy on and off. My toes don’t feel squished into a tight toe box, and the instep is high enough to slip into and not feel like the top is tight. Width is good, and the heel height is nice where you get a bit of a lift but not uncomfortable. The instep feels supported but not overly so. Would buy again happily in other colors. All around great shoe. A+++
Love Dansko and this shoe but I have a very high instep and couldn't fully get my foot into the clog without my heel sticking out a little bit over the back. Leather probably would have stretched but didn't want to chance it.
