Been looking for a shoe that would help with my heal pain. Well these are it, like walking on a soft pillow on top of a cloud. Definitely made a difference in discomfort. I like that they are waterproof and fit like a glove. I would recommend going a half size down as I did, some reviewers said they run a little large and I found that to be true. I tried on a pair at a local store before ordering directly from Keen. Glad I did. So far they are holding up very well.

The shoes seem to be good, I only gave it a good rating because the laces are frayed and when I contacted customer service, they said they don't keep laces in stock and to send the shoes back for a replacement or purchase my own laces. If I send them back to get replaced most likely the laces will be frayed on the new ones. Probably wont order from Keen again, disappointed since I have ordered in the past and had no issues.

Very light weight, good sole traction yet, comfortable. Style is of course, personal - these are not really industrial "hikey" looking but, not as sleak looking as others. Might scuff easily but Zappos care instructions to make them presentable for after trail or non-trail occasions. I just preferred the two tone brown/black to the all black version.

5 star shoe: First time with this style, have 2 other Keen hikers that are well worn. I like the fit and feel and can't wait to get out on a trail with them.
