Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Weightless Foundation

I LOVE this foundation. It’s light but provides great coverage by itself or make it buildable. This is the truth! So glad I tried it!! Worth the price!

This foundation is absolutely beautiful, but if you have cool undertones in the lighter shades, this will make you look extremely yellow. Unbelievably bad color match for rosy/ cool toned fair shades which is a bummer since it’s such a beautiful product! I hope they get it right one day

Like most makeup enthusiasts, I've only ever heard good things about this foundation. Despite the price, I finally decided it was time to take the plunge and try it. Unfortunately, it's going back, because it didn't work for me at all. I would even go as far as to say that it's one of the worst foundations I've ever tried. I take no joy in saying that either, because overall, I'm a big fan of Pat McGrath Labs. As for this foundation, however; the formula was thin liquid, the shade wasn't quite right, and coverage wise, it was non existent. My Milk Makeup skin tint provides better coverage! I have uneven skin tone, redness, and broken capillaries, so I need a foundation that offers medium coverage, at the very least. This is such a strange product. Upon application, it disappeared, and covered absolutely nothing! It's also worth noting that after I removed it (I tested it on my chin, one of the specific areas where I need good coverage), my skin was left stinging slightly, sort of like the astringent feeling your skin is sometimes left with after having an alcohol swab applied to it. Yet another reason why this has to go back! Between the strange reaction my skin had to it, and the fact that it simply doesn't live up to expectations, I absolutely cannot recommend this foundation to anyone. To put it simply...save your money, and don't believe the hype!

This foundation’s texture is beautiful and creates a satin-effect on the skin, but the shades available are all very yellow. Even shades described as rosy pull yellow. If you expanded your shade range, this would be a number 1 foundation.

I had never tried Pat McGrath products and I was so pleasantly surprised. This foundation is so light weight, yet it has such perfect coverage that it looks like a second, prettier skin. It kind if feels like you are wearing a light face cream. I am surprised this product does not get more hype. I wore it to a wedding in Miami Fl so I was dancing and just downright sweating all night but this baby girl dis not disappoint, she held all night so perfectly. I absolutely recommend it. I highly recommend it for the girlies that don’t like too thick a foundation like me.

I don’t trust influencers anymore because why aren’t they all recommending this foundation or putting it in their top five lists of foundations. They are all liars to me. This is my favorite foundation of all time. It looks flawless and natural which is actually so incredibly rare to find.

I’ve been using this foundation for years. I’ve tried so many others but I always end up coming back to this one. It’s just my everyday go-to and a safe choice when I just want something that works great.

I read a review where the person has extremely oily skin. Like within the hour. Just like me. They raved about it. I bought it. Nope, I’m returning it. I have troubled skin already and my SPF has my skin needing good coverage. (My Tarte blurring moisturizer covers way more than this foundation!) This one is too thin consistency, and I had to pump quite a bit to get decent coverage. I made do with concealer. Looked ok. Within an hour, I was oily. Within 6, orange and SO oily. It’s a no from me. I’m upset this hunt for my holy grail started because of the formulation change Estee Lauder did.
