Turn Up the Base Full Beat Waterproof Liquid Foundation

Love the texture and color matched me perfectly!!!

I’ve worn this foundation now for two days. The first day I couldn’t believe how my face looked at the end of the day. Today-9 hours and two dog walks in Georgia humidity later my face still looks good. I have minimal oil in my T-Zone and every pigment is still in place. Usually I am a COMPLETE oil slick by about hour 4. I must say this is my first full-coverage foundation as I tend to like a more natural look. This does not make me look fake and painted on as I used a minimal amount of product. I use Clarins primer, LYS setting powder, and Charlotte matte airbrush setting spray (my general makeup staples) for prep and set. All that to say I think I’ve found my new foundation for when I wear a full face. The only thing I haven’t tested is flashback- hoping it doesn’t disappoint.

Has good coverage but makes patchy super quick and made the pores around my nose look bigger no matter how I prepped my skin. I literally use it only on my cheeks, forehead and chin, otherwise it would ruin my makeup. Also, the pump stopped working after 3 months.

This foundation is thick and very orange. The whole shade range is orange toned. It settles into pores and lines, gets super oily, and separates. Do not recommend.

The worst. I pretty sure it was expired when I bought it and I got two and they wouldn’t take them back. Sad because I love the powders…

This is my go to foundation when I need to cover up hyperpigmentation and scars from acne, eczema and PCOS flare ups. It is a thick formula and since it’s mattifying, it clings to dry patches. It blends out really beautifully with a brush (preferred) and once it’s settled onto the skin, it looks like skin. I am still trying to figure out what primer works best underneath, but so far I like using the Super Goop glow screen which allows for a nice summery glow to shine through this very pigmented formula. I like to blot with a tissue throughout the day to pick up product that naturally oils up/melts off from heat and humidity but it still looks nice after a long day of work. It breaks up a little bit around my chin which is where I have the most acne scarring, so it doesn’t upset me. Overall, this is a great full Coverage foundation when I’m feeling extremely self conscious during bad skin days.

I liked how it went on and felt lightweight but the shade in the photo and what it looks like on are extremely different. I was so disappointed because the picture looks really promising bc I have a very noticeable ink undertone, but the foundation is almost orange. It gives more olive than rosy.

If it were possible, I would give this product 0 stars. This is the worst foundation I have ever used. The formula is extremely thick and barely comes out of the pump, so I have to pick it up directly from the bottle with my brush. It looks very dry and cakey on the skin. Because of the consistency, I won't even be able to use one-third of the product. Buying this foundation was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend it.

Listen this product is so good. I can’t believe it’s on sale. I think it’s going to be discontinued but this doesn’t get the hype it deserves
