I invested a lot of money into the Genesis line thinking it would repair my hair shedding and to soften my hair. INSTEAD it has stripped my hair of any moisture, caused extreme breakage and frizz. Highly disappointed.
I wanted to have faith that this was going to help with my hair thinning and hair shedding, it actually made it worse. It was truly a waste of money and I used it as directed based both on Sephora website and Keratase's website and with no success. I cry every time I wash my hair with the amount of hair that my hair just comes off (2 handfuls).I've been using it for about 2 months regularly so I will officially stop using it today.

Wads of my already thinning fine hair were coming out in large amounts. WOW! What is in this product to do this to my hair. I am already so careful and pay large amounts of money for good products. I read about this product and knew it was expensive, so I took a chance. Wrong move. This product is the worst I have ever purchased.

I’ve been using this shampoo for a few weeks and I’m really happy with the results. It cleans my hair well without drying it out, and my hair feels softer, stronger, and less prone to breakage. It also smells amazing and leaves my hair looking healthy and smooth. Definitely a great option for normal to dry hair.

Wish I could get this in a different scent. The smell is overpowering, lingers for a long time and smells like cologne. It’s way too much. Hair felt great and had more volume but i can’t get past the scent. putting

What I love is that despite how “clean” it gets my hair, it never feels stripped or dry. There’s no tightness or roughness afterward, which some clarifying shampoos cause. It’s a perfect balance of deep cleansing and gentle care.
