Doesn't cleanse well
Did not work as an effective shampoo. This is a gentle shampoo but because it didn't cleanse well enough, it left the scalp itchy. It has minimal lather, and by the time you try and get it to your scalp, it doesn't feel like it's cleaning any buildup. Hair still felt greasy and looked greasy after washing. It just takes too much effort to work this into the scalp. Not worth it for the amount of product you need and the effort it takes to wash

Great daily shampoo
After officially finishing my first bottle, I really enjoyed this product. It’s gentle enough for daily use, but still gets you clean. It doesn’t lather as well as non-clean shampoos but I’d take that any day. My one complaint is that the price is too high for the small amount in each bottle.

Unfortunately doesn’t clean well. I always double cleanse and my hair would be oily as if I never washed it. So sad because I love fragrance free options. Couldn’t return either so bummer.

Too much work to use
This product is falsely advertised with a pump. This has a standard squeeze bottle cap. I have to use a lot of product to properly cleanse even if I do not use a pre shampoo oil. I have only washed twice and I’m almost half way through the bottle.
