Thin shampoo that doesn't moisturize.
This was my second purchase of the Nanoworks Gold shampoo. Last time, I was delighted. This time, I'm VERY disappointed. The shampoo is thin and definitely doesn't moisturize. Sephora, I think you need to check your supply because it seems to have been watered down. I'm going back to the regular Hydrate formula, which is much better, but probably won't purchase from Sephora. I don't feel that I can trust Sephora now.

I seriously can’t get enough of this product and the conditioner. I have naturally thick and curly hair. Right now it is currently bleach processed and green. So safe to say I do a lot of maintenance to make sure my hair doesn’t dry. For thinner hair, I can understand that you may need to use this sparingly and shampoo with a different product here and there. It can get heavy. I do a different product in between like every other week but this stuff is the real deal. Less split ends. Less hair fallout. Smells great. Worth it!

Best Shampoo- odd smell
The best shampoo and conditioner combo I’ve tried for my processed hair. I have thick hair and a lot of it and I dye it with 20v developer every two-ish months. Bough this mistaking it for Redken all soft, what my mom used. The smell is wilds. The first time I sued it, I was almost a little mad, but my hair is so so soft and strong after just a few uses. The smell is like a camp fire or specifically the small of a candl blown out. One star off for the crazy smell but it’s worth it!

Caused irritation on my neck
Every-time I washed my hair with this shampoo, my neck turned red, swollen, itchy, and bumpy. Sad that it didn’t work out and gave me such a bad reaction. Switching back my old shampoo that’s been working for years.
