Very drying
I really wanted to like this product. I typically love this brand but not this. This shampoo dried out my hair. It Felt like straw. It was awful.

Caused hair thinning and dry scalp. It’s great if your hair needs a deep clean but too damaging for regular use. I have fine hair (but lots of it!) and typically oily hair - this shampoo gave me dry itchy scalp. I love all the other colours wow products

Im an overprocessed blonde with extensions from almost black roots and fine hair, experienced hair loss from surgery a year ago. I’ve been trying to find a hydrating shampoo to bring my broken, dull hair back to life without having to go back to my natural color. I did the 4 washes of k18 and it helped soften my hair, but not fully to where I want to be.. I buy SO many hair products- all different kinds. Irritating to scalp
Shampoo itself (lather, smell, etc) was fine, but it caused an allergic reaction on my scalp, which turned red and itched horribly. I washed with it 2x, but used different products in between to confirm for sure that was in fact this shampoo causing the issue. I’ve never had a reaction to any other type of shampoo and I try a lot of different product. It contains an ingredient, propylene glycol, which is known to be irritating for some people.

I’ve given this shampoo many tries, and sadly I have to admit I dislike it. It cleans the hair well but leaves it too dry. I use a conditioner and a heat protector from the same line. For reference, I have long, fine hair.

Good but causes frizz
I have low iron and other medical issues that affect my hair growth. I used this shampoo for 3 months and my hair grew so fast it was shocking. I was almost disappointed cuz it meant I have to move up my extensions sooner. The only issues with this shampoo is that it’s very during and causes frizziness
