I love Amika conditioner and have used some of their shampoos in the past as well, but this shampoo leaves a residue on my hair and makes my hair feel greasy and clumpy. I couldn’t even blow dry my hair after I used it
It’s pretty good, makes your hair feel hydrated. I also noticed my hair felt clean for more time than it normally would. The annoying thing is it takes a lot of shampoo for it to lather up. Nice smell and overall good
I love/hate this shampoo. It makes my hair so full and soft but it doesn’t lather at all and I have to use SO much to get it to lather. It smells really good like all of the Amika products. I have purchased multiple times but it’s too expensive to use it as fast as I do.
I bought this because I was struggling with dry & brittle hair. Cons - so heavy/ greasy. I showered 2 hours ago and my hair currently looks like 3 day old greasy hair. I don’t have the thinnest hair like medium I’d say. But if you have thick hair this maybe could work for you Pros- I will say my hair has been more hydrated using this for a couple weeks now. So maybe it’ll be ok to rotate in when I’m feeling dry and don’t mind the grease. Not gonna be my daily shampoo / conditioner though
This shampoo and conditioner combo is very hydrating and little goes a long way. I have thin hair so I can’t put much on or else my hair will fall off in clumps, but a tiny bit made my hair smooth. Can’t wait to keep using it!
