Love the product but the pump is the worst. My pump broke, and I have to use my fingers to get it out. But the color is extremely concentrated, and it is thick. It of course is slightly drying, but I never have issues when using a hair mask after

Love this product! Does an excellent job at helping to keep my hair toned. At my last root touch up appointment, my hair stylist was very impressed by the tone of my hair and demanded to know what I had been using so she could buy it herself! My only comment would be that it doesn’t lather up as rich as other shampoos, but I wasn’t particularly looking for that quality in a purple shampoo anyway. Will absolutely repurchase!
The pump broke within a month and I literally used it maybe 3 times. so I have to twist the cap off every time now. It’s so messy and so much spills out every time.
Just did a first wash and the smell is great, left it on for about 3-5 minutes to let it sit for a bit while I did other things in the shower. SUPER drying on the hair so make sure to follow up with a very hydrating hair conditioner or mask. It toned super well and got rid of a lot of brassiness on me on the first wash. Looking forward for it to tone it even more, I think the only reason why I gave it a 4 is because of how hard the packaging makes for me to get the product and the after drying effect, compared to the Biolage Purple Shampoo this one felt super drying and took more time to wash the Shampoo out completely than the Biolage one.
I have used a lot of purple shampoos and they are not all created equal. This works amazingly well. I would recommend testing the lightest area or highlight first for timing. For sure a once a week for me. I'm a fan
The shampoo works okay, definitely not as good as the Olaplex but pretty decent. The actual problem is the bottle. I used it one time somehow the bottom of the bottle split and my tub is now stained purple.. save your money and don’t buy this
After using this product, my hair felt very sticky while I was distributing the product in my hair while showering. The hair, especially near my scalp, became somewhat tangled. Rinsing it out was horrible!!
this worked like a dream for my platinum blonde hair but oh my does it dry your hair out. I started having all this breakage around my face and couldn't figure out why. I have fairly thin hair, maybe it works better on different hair types but I literally can't use this without spotting new breakage the next day 🙃
