Scalp & Hair Prewash Mask for Fine, Thin or Medium Hair

I purchased this product after seeing the ads and being Indian, I was intrigued by the ingredients. The product is thick, like a mix between a cream and a paste. You have to apply it directly to your scalp and massage it in, which is challenging given its thickness. It causes a slight tingle on your scalp as you let it sit for 15-20 mins, then shampoo it out. Overall, this is an okay product. I had more hair fall while using this product and won't repurchase.

You can feel tingles on your scalp. It is extremely hydrating, smoothing. Will buy again.

I have 3c/4a hair, mostly 4a. It gets dry and tangled after a few days because it is low porosity. I was so sad bc of the humidity in my city is so bad and was drying out my hair. I used this and my curls transformed. It went back to how I am used to my curls ! I used the turmeric shampoo after and I have not had products that moisturized my hair so much fer a wash. I was so happy. Will definitely keep buying this product. Amazing for thick and course hair. So thankful!

It’s a little hard to distribute because you use it on dry hair and it’s thick, but it’s so nice I don’t care. It’s a nice self care moment. It has a nice herbal smell (strong but washes away) and it’s refreshing on the scalp and just like the tumeric shampoo and naram conditioner, it makes your hair so soft. Helps with an irritated scalp too!

My hair tends to get oily fast but at the same time I get dandruff. This prewash helped tremendously with removing the build up and controlling the oiliness. I applied the product with my fingers, massaged it into my scalp and let it sit there for 10 minutes before doing my regular hair care routine. I had a feeling that my hair was slightly less greasy after the second day mark. I also noticed a little less dandruff. My hair felt very clean and it had more volume. The scent is minty and personally I don’t find it to be overpowering. It didn’t give me any irritation or discomfort. You need quite a lot of product so I wouldn’t use this very often because it is quite expensive. Overall I would consider purchasing this product again in the future and recommend it to my friends and family.

I am in love with this product. To start off, the smell is a wonderfully refreshing mint smell that lasts throughout the day. It only takes a small amount to cover my entire scalp and for reference I have thin hair and an oily prone scalp. I found this product left my hair feeling clean and left a nice amount of volume just from air drying. Love it and will be repurchasing.

I love this pre wash mask. I’ve never tried a mask before shampooing but so far I am loving this product. It makes my hair feel so clean and it’s just an extra step in my routine that I feel is so worth it for amazing feeling hair!

The texture is dense and thick, like a mask with a pleasant fresh herb scent. I apply it to my dry hair, massage it into my scalp, and let it sit for 20-30 minutes, then rinse it and continue with shampoo. It works great and gives me a very refreshing feeling after use and my hair feels clean in between washes much longer. This product has a good Indian Ayurvedic background and is relatively transparent about the ingredients, like neem, moringa, and shikakai. I can tell this treatment is quite effective for soothing, nourishing my scalp, and thickening my hair. Overall, this product is worth considering if you're looking for a scalp and hair prewash that provides a thorough cleanse and helps maintain scalp health.
