I tried this product from a friend of mine who told me it would help me to stop my scalp from itching. I am a personal trainer, I sweat a lot and the sweat in combination with hair products build up often gives me a itchy scalp! So I listened to her and yes, I can say that this product really works so I have decided to buy from iHerb. It contains a number of great natural ingredients: caffeine, saw palmetto, nettle, olive leaf, pygeum (this is the African prunus - I looked it up!), rosemary, oleo resin capsicum, alpha lipoic acid, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), vegetable glycerine ... a combination of antioxidants, nerves and blood circulation stimulants which makes the scalp healthier, the hair glossier and stronger. Consequently this hair product helps with maximising hair growth and reducing hair fall. It has a pleasant fragrance and doesn't stain. I purchased this for the caffeine — I’m hoping it will help with my thinning hair. I have not used it long enough to comment on its effectiveness for the thinning, but I did want to let people know that it really does disappear after you put it on. I was worried there would be a residue left over that would make my fine hair look like it was dirty, but there is not. Fingers crossed on the thinning.

I have been experiencing an itchy spot in the very top of my head for a few years now. I have tried a number of things and some things work and others do not. I have even went to the dermatologist and was prescribed a liquid steroid and even that stopped working to give my scalp in that one section relief. Finding out about this spray was a godsend. It may take a few spritzes but it really does relief the itch on my scalp. I love the ingredients of caffeine and capsicum and it does not burn at all. I cannot say that it stimulates new hair growth though but it never really claimed to do that anyway.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this works. I have thick hair and struggle to keep my scalp balanced & healthy. This helps any itch or irritation, but it didn't make my scalp dry. It doesn't burn or irritate either. It does make me sneeze every time I spray, but there's no lasting scent.

Great composition also helps to relieve itchy scalp. I spray on a damp scalp, rub into the scalp and allow the product fully absorb. I shake the bottle well before each spraying. It's for all hair types. Although it contains oleoresin capsicum, the spray doesn't cause irritation or stinging. I like that the ingredients are natural. Package quantity: 4 fl oz (120 ml). The package's made of plastic.

The scalp has been itchy for 2 months. I use it to soothe the the itchiness. The size is decent. The scent is slightly funky. But the quality of this spray is amazing. It solves itchiness on my scalp immediately. And it doesn’t damage my hair. Highly recommend it.

I tried this on immediately after I took it out of the box when I received my order. It calmed my sensitive scalp and I didn’t itch all day. I use the Sinus plumber and find it works extremely well so I’m not surprised at how good this is too. Will continue to repurchase and definitely recommend. My scalp has been very irritated this year and there was no stinging or any damage to my hair. I’m hoping it will get rid of the sensitivity in my scalp and help my hair to grow back in parts that need help.

I hate the scent. So I only use this at night after shower. My sensitive scalp & skin did not react to this which is a plus. It's not greasy in the hair. It benefited my hair in terms of volume and keeping the oil at bay. I noticed less hair loss. Though I can't tell if I gain baby hair. I'm not sure what appropriate age can use this. The size is great for the price and the effect of the product. It's a great quality. But the packaging feels cheap. The composition is okay in my opinion.
