I've been using CP-1 Head Spa Scalp Scaler for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say, it's a refreshing addition to my hair care routine. The sea salt gently exfoliates my scalp, removing buildup and leaving it feeling clean and invigorated. The formula includes natural extracts like tea tree oil, menthol, and peppermint, which provide a cooling sensation and help soothe the scalp. It's been effective in controlling oil production and reducing any itchiness or flakiness. I typically use it once a week instead of shampooing (as per the instructions!), massaging it into my damp scalp for a few minutes, and then rinsing thoroughly. It doesn't leave any residue and has a pleasant, subtle scent. If you're looking for a product to deep-cleanse your scalp and promote a healthy environment for hair growth, this might be worth considering.

It’s most likely doing its job, but you need to keep your eyes closed when rinsing. The minty light burning or cooling sensation is noticeable even with eyes shut. It foams well and exfoliates, but even after protecting the hair with conditioner to preserve the color before applying the scrub, my hair still felt much rougher afterwards. That’s why a good lipid mask is needed afterward, especially for colored blonde, to avoid over-drying. Otherwise, the scrub does its job and has a good formula, but next time I’ll try another sugar scrub that’s not minty.
