I decided to try this shampoo and conditioner based on a quick look at the high ratings without reading all of the reviews. So disappointed, to say the least. The shampoo does not cleanse well and I needed to use 7-8 pumps to just get it foaming. The conditioner is super light weight, and after using almost one third of the big bottle, it didn't do anything for my hair, except leaving it a tangled, dry mess. It has a very "medicinehish" scent on top of all its shortcomings. Too bad I did not read all the reviews - turns out, all those rating this product with high marks received it as a marketing effort and were required to provide a glowing review (written with the help of AI or on script) for the free product. I will be returning both the shampoo and conditioner and considering contacting the manufacturer to report it's defects.

I’ve been using this for over a year. It’s been great for my scalp, I’ve experienced zero fallout and it smells great.
This shampoo cleanses my scalp very well but doesn’t leave my hair stripped and dry. the scent is subtle but super good smelling
I have a mixed white and Asian ancestry and this shampoo is magical for my hair! (The pic is after the shampoo and conditioner and just air drying) I have stick straight hair that almost groups into pieces and hang down weirdly no matter what shampoo and conditioner I use. I got out of the shower and was SHOCKED by the shine of my hair and the condition!! I hope they make this forever!
Not sure what the hype is about with this shampoo and conditioner....I found it to be very mediocre and not worth the price point. I will stick with my Purelogy and Kevin Murphy.
Wanted to love this! Using in tandem with the conditioner. It seems like it lathers well but my hair doesn’t feel clean afterwards and the conditioner is greasy and heavy. Maybe it’s the strong fragrance or the oil content, but the worst thing about this product is that it’s been causing horrible breakouts along my hairline and even onto my scalp.
After using this shampoo for almost a month- I'm definitely a fan. I have super fine, thin hair with a bit of wave and the occasional full curl. This hair is indeed a gentle clean. My hair feels light and fresh afterwards. There is no film or residue left after cleaning- and, when combined with the matching shampoo- my hair feels very soft even when I don't have time to do my full hair regime. The one thing that needs some thought / re-working is the bottle. A metal bottle is not the best idea unless you have a full tile tub- but even then, if the bottle slips and lands on your toe- OUCH (not speaking from experience thank goodness), but it leaves scratches on enamel tubs- which I have experienced now, sadly.
This shampoo I love how deeply it hydrates my hair and leaves it incredibly soft and silky. It really helps repair my hair strands and makes my hair look healthier overall.
I’ve been using the shampoo (and conditioner) for a while now and I absolutely love it! I personally love the scent and how clean my hair feels after washing. definitely a shampoo worth trying!
