I loved this formula so much, it never got sticky or flaky. The pigment is incredible! Definitely a staple in my lip collection. The most beautiful red !
This is a beautiful red! That's why I'm giving it 2 stars, but the formula left much to be desired. I found it to be a weird consistency and it was extremely drying. It didn't last long, flaked off after eating.
This is a true blue red. The color online does not capture the gorgeous pigment. It is vibrant but not loud and it looks deep and rich. I collect any and every red lip product and this is collection worthy.
We all can honestly say we love a red lipstick that just give us a very sensual, and sexy look. In most case scenarios, a red lip can accentuate your look for most occasions. This red lip shows up with more pink undertones for my skin complexion, which is totally fine if that is the look you desire. Me personally I love a red red lip because it is more flattering. MAED did dry matte, but it definitely transferred and I needed to reapply (after a meal). It does leave a slight stain, but it’s that stain with a pop of color that you would want from a lipstick. This is a great lipstick if you don’t wear make up a lot but you want what a pop-up color on special occasions this is a great go to especially if you like that pink undertone that this matte lip stick offers.
I have been wanting to try this since it came out. I have been following Denise Vasi, the creator of this brand, for years. She often wears a red lip and drops links to her favs. I have tried multiple suggestions of hers but still never love how most reds look on me. I finally ordered Ritual Red and I’m so glad I did. It flatters my skin and is a beautiful shade. It was easy to put on and didn’t bleed. So far it doesn’t seem to transfer much on glass wear. It also smells good, like cherry chapstick we had as teens pre lipstick! I love it!
I ate and drank all night and never had to reapply. My lips remained perfect with one application. It removed pretty easy with a wet paper towel. This is a must have for a perfect red matte lip.
After trying this all other red lip products are dead to me. This is the only one I’ll ever need from now on. Perfect color. Major staying power. No weird texture issues. It’s true love.
This is a great product, and this is coming from a liquid lipstick collector. The red reminds me of a slightly darker Ruby Woo; it doesn't settle into lines and dries down well. No kiss marks on my husband! It's comfortable and doesn't run. Go buy this! I hope they make other colors soon in this formula.
I’ve been searching for red lip stick for the longest and this is the one! The smell was a surprise - it’s not offensive to me, but definitely has a scent. Thai product has great pigment and is a blue red. It goes on wet but dries down to a great matte. So glad i bought this.
