Lash Idôle Curl Goddess Curling & Volumizing Mascara

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This mascara delivers with rich black pigment and an ergonomic tube. The applicator has a great curve to it for dispensing product from root to end of lashes. I felt that the product went on smoothly and lengthened my lashes, however it did seem to flake off throughout the day. I ended up ditching it for all-day wear and only using it for evenings out or shorter events. I got plenty of use out of it before the product was either low or drying out.

Meh, it’s okay. Not as good as Lancome Idole. It lasted through the day, no clumping or flaking. My lashes just don’t look super great. Mid

This mascara immediately smudged under and above my eye wearing this out. For the price this should not smudge at all. I will be returning and getting a different mascara

I did not like this mascara. I have rather sparse lashes (so not a lot to work with), but this did not give me volume or curl. I also found the spiral shaped brush difficult to apply without clumps. Really difficult to do lower lashes with the brush shape. I tried it for a couple of weeks to see if there was a learning curve, but I ended up throwing it out.

I’m usually a huge fan of Lancôme mascaras. This one does lengthen and curl lashes really, really well! But… it’s the BIGGEST pain to remove! I’ve never had issues with other Lancôme mascaras, but even after triple cleansing I still have buildup on my lashes. I really wanted to love this one but I won’t be repurchasing it.

Not my usual mascara type but it was good. Made my lashes long as well! It was lightweight and I also loved the brush I’m usually picky about mascara because of irritation but it was good on my eyes

I purchased this product with my own money. NOT gifted. Hadn’t bought a Lancôme mascara in a very long time, my last one was Idole which I found very mid and did not repurchase. Curl Goddess was half-price during Prime, so why not. It ended up truly surpassing my expectations! The brush coats my lashes from root to tip without smearing (the brush is 10/10), and the curling action lasts until I remove it before bed - my lashes so have a slight natural curl, and this mascara really amplifies the curl without needing a lash curler. I find the formula more of a lengthening than a volumizing mascara; I think that’s my only little quibble, I also wish it was super-volumizing. But apparently one cannot have it all in the world of mascaras. Curl Goddess is also very wet when new; I prefer a slightly drier formula, but it performs so well I’ll just put up with it until it dries out a little with time. I use Curl Goddess on my lower lashes and much to my astonishment it doesn’t smudge or flake! You read that right, it stays put on my lower lashes until I take it off. For that alone I will be repurchasing as soon as I run out.

Oh no, I am afraid I’m now a $42 CAD mascara buyer. This one is one of the best ones I’ve tried in a while. I’ve done a few expensive ones but always went back to my drugstore L’Oréal holy grail. This mascara is so good, my lashes look so much longer and voluminous and has curl!

This mascara is so good! I have naturally long lashes, but need volume. The formula is wet, but not overly wet so that it makes my lashes clump together. It takes a couple of minutes for the mascara to dry down, and once it does, there is no flaking, transferring, or smudging. My lashes look so curled, thick and voluminous!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The Lash Idôle Curl Goddess Mascara definitely lives up to the “curl” in its name! It has a unique twisted curve wand, that I swear defies gravity and somehow boosts lashes up into a curl. For the comparison pictures I purposely tried it without using an eyelash curler to see how much curl could be achieved with just the wand and formula, and it’s pretty good on its own! Going in with the curler first and then using the mascara gives a falsies-like effect, but more natural than dramatic. In the picture with the pink shirt, I used a curler first and then the mascara which gave me a natural, romantic lash look I was happy with. It is definitely long lasting, stays curled, and doesn’t budge or flake throughout the day. That being said, it’s a bit difficult to remove, and tends to flake during removal, which can make removing the mascara a hassle. Most of my typical makeup removers can’t get it all off, it takes a bit of effort.
