This retinol night cream is the "level 2" concentration encapsulated retinol from Fig.1 that sits between levels 1 and 3. It's a good medium concentration retinol that is effective for reducing fine lines and improving skin texture and tone. I began with the level 1 for 2 weeks before swapping to the level 2, which I have been using for the past 4 weeks. Overall, I really like this cream and have found it tolerable for nightly use with noticeable improvements in tone and texture with a more radiant and smooth appearance overall. I like that it provides enough hydration with the thick cream texture and doesn't have any fragrance to it. It pairs well with the other products in my evening routine such as the toner and hydrating serum applied before this product and the facial oil applied after this product.

This level 2 cream is really good option if you have just started the retinol in your routine, not that very strong, just perfect for beginners.
Felt a little weird on my skin and didn’t see any difference after using it for a few weeks.
Loved the second level of the retinol. I’m a retinol beginner and loved how you can gradually increase the strength. I have noticed a difference and how smooth and supple my skin has felt and looked. I noted a difference in my forehead wrinkles the most. Will for sure be continuing to use and potentially moving to the third level.
