Daily Perfecting Nourishing Lotion

I’ll start out by saying I love glossier products. I have quite a few tried and true staples from them. So I bought this lotion without smelling it first. I buy from Sephora multiple times a month for years now and have never returned a product or written a review. This lotion smelled so bad that it motivated me to do both. TBH I was actually Offended by how off putting this smell was. I grew up in a funeral home and this literally smelled like flowers and formaldehyde. I put it on my hands and felt nauseous, washed my hands multiple times, and when my bf got home he asked me what the smell was lol. Anyways I’m obviously dramatic but whatever

This is a good every day lotion. For people with dry skin it may not be enough, so I recommend layering with a body oil or even just vaseline. I've tried both scents and prefer the Orange Blossom Neroli - it smells beautiful and fresh and slightly floral, very realistically like the little white-coloured orange blossoms that bloom during the summertime. Sandstone smells like the OG Glossier You, but more masculine, like if you took You and turned it into a men's deodorant lol. It'll probably layer nicely with the Glossier You perfume, but on its own is a bit stinky in my opinion.

this lotion smells exactly like fresh orange blossoms in spring from my family’s orange tree back at home. the lotion is not overly greasy (i hate greasy lotions). if this lotion has no fans, that means i don’t exist.

Nice hydrating lotion! I blind bought this lotion and it kind of reminds me of a hotel (in a good way). It’s a very fresh clean scent.

A little too floral for my taste but it’s growing on me and my husband loves it. Also, I love how the scent stays strong all day! Going to try the sandstone next

Not cutesy. This scent gets your point across if your point is to smell sexy. Not overpoweringly sexy but “clean, fresh and alluring“ sexy. Smells like you weren’t even trying to but you’ve captivated your audience. I layered the scent. First with the daily oil wash. It’s not sudsy so I would recommend it as a final finishing wash to leave your body feeling soft and nourished. Then I went in with the daily perfecting lotion. It left my skin feeling luscious and glossed up without feeling greasy. Finally I used the body spritz. It was a fine mist that felt like a refreshing final touch. I walked out of the house feeling like I just left a spa. The body spritz helped me relive the feeling throughout the day. A definite recommend for someone who wants that pampered spa-like feeling every day.

smells really good, but not like the perfume. personally, i’m fine with that. good smell for the warmer months, especially spring imo. also hydrating, but probably not enough for the colder/dryer months

The lotion feels nice, it’s thin and applies well. Not watery, more oil based but not tacky. However the smell is rough, I got a comment that it smells like cleaning supplies. The scent STAYS too, which would be amazing if it smelled even remotely good

Love this lotion. It’s lightweight, soaks right in, and smells so fresh with a hint of Apple. I bought the other one too I love it so much. It definitely moisturized my skin and smoothed it. I will repurchase once empty.

Went to my local sephora today to smell the new scent "sandstone" and I absolutely love it. I put it on my arms and went about my day and it still smells incredible. For reference I do not like sweet smells on me (anything vanilla or sugary or warm), they do not work for my scent chemistry. If you love aquatic scents or light clean woodsy smells you will love. My favorite perfumes are Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea salt, and Juliette Has a Gun Pear, and this scent is so up my alley!
