I experimented with using this product every other day over the course of a week, but honestly, I didnt notice my hair looking shiny or glossy but my scalp sure did look oily! When I looked at the before and after photos, there was no visible difference in the appearance of my hair. In person, my hair seemed to look the same as always. However, I could actually feel a change, but unfortunately, it wasn't a positive one. My scalp became noticeably oily, and my hair felt strangely greasy yet dry at the same time, which was quite annoying. I like trying different shampoos and am always looking for products that can give my hair that ultra-glossy, shiny finish, but so far, nothing has lived up to my expectations. This product definitely wasn't the solution. Additionally, I’m unsure if the strange smell was due to my COVID-affected sense of smell or if it’s just the shampoo itself. The scent had a peculiar, almost light mothball undertone mixed with subtle floral hints, which I found quite odd. The strange aroma lingered, and I found myself picking up on it throughout the day, which I absolutely hated, because I hate mothballs. The intensity of the shampoo scent was not as bad as the conditioner, but together they were not good at all.

Kenra’s Platinum Luxe Shine Shampoo is fabulous! I love this shampoo. This has to be one of the best shampoos on the market. It works really well with my hair type. This shampoo leaves my hair shiny and feeling clean. It lathers nicely and doesn’t take a whole lot. I have been highly considering buying this product in its full size since trying it.
