Elderberry With Vitamin C, Ginger, Zinc & D3, 60 Veggie Capsules

I recently came across some videos on YouTube highlighting the benefits of elderberry for combating colds, so I decided to give it a try. Over the past few weeks, I conducted two personal experiments to see how effective elderberry supplements could be. Both times, I woke up in the morning with a sore throat, which for me is usually the first sign of an impending cold that can last several days if left untreated. I immediately took action by gargling with a mixture of clove powder and salt water, followed by taking elderberry supplements. Although the recommended dosage is two capsules per day, I took two in the morning and another two at night. Alongside this, I also took vitamin D. The results were remarkable. Not only did my sore throat not worsen, but I also avoided the full-blown cold I was expecting. By the next day, my symptoms had reduced to just 1-2%, and I was able to function normally at work. I’ve continued this combination of elderberry supplements, vitamin D, and clove-salt gargles, and it’s been working well for me. Even when people around me at work were coughing, I managed to stay healthy. In my experience, elderberry supplements have proven to be an excellent addition to my routine for combating early cold symptoms. I highly recommend trying them if you’re looking for a natural way to support your immune system.
